Is the car deadlift definitely front bar then? Any idea of what the weight will be?

Not that fussed how heavy it is, but I wouldn't mind knowing at what height the bar will be.

The most painfull deadlifting i've done to date. that many reps should not be achievable in a competition. everything starts to cramp. All i would recomend to people is to switch off, forget what your doing and think of a nice sunny place. Tongue

Steady. Happy with how my axle cleans went since I had never done them before.

For some strange reason, i've found myself doing log instead of axle last couple sessions lol

i shall get at some axle some point soon.

Does anyone have any idea where i can try a block or what would be the best alternative
