Yup all being done on the same day, 25 March at results gym.

Danny, increments will be 10kg up to 97 and 5kg thereafter for novices and opens will be 10kg up to 117kg and 5kg thereafter.

Larry, we are gonna have to limit it to 10 per class due to time constraints, you are first reserve for the novices.

Also we have just had it confirmed that our head ref on the day will be current UKSC Scotlands strongest man Ken Nowicki who came 2nd at last year's UK's Strongest Man.

Ok Neil I guess I will have to hope someone can't manage to compete and train like an animal anyways. Though if someone does pull out I hope its not due to injury because that's no good.

Is there a competitiors list near ready for posting?

Don't think so, Steve Ferguson was going to be but is offshore and can't make it down next week, the only guy on the list I don't know at all is Elliot Keeling.

Good that there will be new faces, really looking forward to this one, never done a comp with so many mates about

There is a decent chance Davy will get in as Steve Ferguson may be offshore again on the date of the comp.
