It's been haunting me for a while now! In terms of the targets I'd set myself for 2011; I fell short on all. Perhaps these weren't realistic enough but, if I'm honest, they probably weren't met due to the lack of consistency in my training. I need to be more disciplined. I will carry these targets over and aim to achieve them by the summer (end of June) this year. | ||
