 Wales strongest man 2012 Member 548, 1197 posts SQ 300, BP 195, DL 360855.0 kgs @ 128kgs Eq | 10th july (I know very short notice) Its part of the mold carnival and its to be held at mold rugby club Mold north wales events are 220kg deadlift for reps, 105kg log press for reps yoke race 250kg over 20m fastest time wins 90kg farmers walk and 70kg barrell medley fastest time over 20m fire truck pull over 20m 100kg stone for reps over a yoke £15 entry fee there will also be a tug of war competition top 3 will recieve trophies | ||
