Red Bull is banned in netball Member 799, 1484 posts	I am almost cetainly going to have a go at the amateur comp. Just need to get a handle to practice on; trying to figure a way to "bodge" one at the yard.

Member 775, 48 posts	Most people use a plastic tube over a bar and then some thinner steel rod for the handle. Put tube over bar, weld rod to bar. Add karabina etc
