I casually asked John Marsden a few months back how many reps he thought he could get at 230kg and he said about 10, he is one of the best u105 squatters about... so about right I reckon... plus if people choose to wear a suit its there own fault if they don't make depth!

The opens UKSC ESM qualifier has a 260 axle squat (suit & wraps) for reps
So 230 for 105s would appear about right
Suited and booted Cleggy and Hixx could hit 15 I reckon...both have done 240/250ish for 5 compeltely raw

Suits - whatver they like, but a double ply suit is no excuse for not making depth!
Deadlift - suits and straps ok
Dummbells - we are having two huge loadable 'bells made (the plates and ends are enclosed), they will have a reg thickness handles. If the manufacture of these falls through for some reason we will change to circus bells.
