Strong bench press mate, and your Lat pull downs are awsome.

You must have a back like Clyde off any wich way you can. By that I mean strong, not orange and hairy.Happy

I think I would used overhead pressing as your main exercise, then if your gonna do bench, use it for assistance, especialy narrow.

elbow starts to hurt like hell ........... never had so many niggles!!
60kg x 6

sit ups and core strength session. Gutted I could'nt finish this session off ....... f**k it.

Nice session pal. Get some ice on them jiggles and maybe invest in some elbow sleeves from buzz, aka strengthshop.

Pretty good session there pal, build that log weekly, try adding 5kg/week for max reps.
