Yeah ive changed my way of thinking now. id rather fail a deep attempt than do a s**t squat lol

Aw yeah mate that's what a squat looks like! Real nice depth and looking really composed with it!
P.S. Looks to me like you'd have at least a 135 squat in you right now!

oooffftttt that would be pushin it! My main aim is my tech atm. Dont wanaa put too much weight on the bar an not be able to handle it. i may try 130 in the near future if i feel up to it though!

Maximum respect for your quest for technique.
In October I did something extremely similar to what you're doing now (though my form wasn't as nice as yours is) and I worked it that way up until I got my new PB of 150 today. My squat in October was 130kg. I have no doubt whatsoever that in a few months you're gonna be pushing at least what I pushed today. You've got a lot of strength there and now your technique is really going good too, I can only see good things for you in the coming months.

Yeahh its a long slow road to sucess though. Massive thanks for the support aswell! I train on my own in a garage so its really nice to get some words of encouragement and a virtual pat on the back haha

looks like you deadlifts have become awesome dude. nearing 3times bodyweight unequipped is sick! twice bodyweight on squats is awesome aswell mate. get competing at some point mate. seriously.
