Squats:

Walkouts:
180,210

Deadlifts:
5x60,5x80,5x100,5x120,5x130,5x140,5x150,5x160,10x100

Notes:
Decided to mess around with PL stlye squats, trying to 'sit back' more, holding the bar lower, and wearing a belt for a change. Its a bit funny changing all these things. I was pushing out on the belt enough, kept forgetting to do it. Got some vids done, see below. Again they are crappy uploaded but it i can view them better in windows movie maker.
Deadlifts were ok, all pretty much DE. Bar tommorrow night im off work all week, and i cant f**king wait to get some sessions in this week to get me back upto scratch.
130x5 (f**ked up the editing on the camera only 4reps)

Good to see you trying to get back in the groove. Would I be right in saying consistency is your greatest downfall?

difficult to say anything about the squats mate because of it being so dark and cutting out most of the action.

nasty volume there though Grin

Push Press/Squat
60x3/3
65x3/3
70x3/3
75x3/3
80x3/3
85x3/3
90x3/3

Front Squat:
60x5
80x5
100x5
110x3
100x3x3

Incline bench
3x5x90

Push press were mostly nice and crisp, need to work on transfering leg drive a bit more. Some were too shaky. Squats were to loosen up, and the fronts i tried powering these up as fast as i could.

5x100
10x140
10x150
10x160
10x140

BB Rows:
80x12
2x7x90

Bit of a mix up, inspired by little a's reppage on the old deads.Wink I actually really enjoyed doing it, although s**t weights used today, i think im going to stick with them till atleast i get a rep pb of some sort.(in the 8-10 range) realised that a lot of my deads have been either 5's 3' or singles. time to get the base built back up
