i fear that i am a bixaholic since a young age i have ate an abnormal amount of wheatabix and still i eat at least 10 a day most days i have 7 in the morning with 1ltr of full fat milk and then the same about 9.30 pm have to put it in a mixing bowl.please tell me that you guys eat the same?i some times have coco pops but always mix them the bix too

Swap the full-fat for skimmed and drop the Coco Pops.

I understand dropping the coco pops, but skimmed for full fat milk? Full fat milk is only 4% fat, and IMO milk (esp organic) is a good source of sat fat

Which just makes it a good source of fat. I don't think it's healthy, or necessary.

What's wrong with that? It's very hard to avoid having a fat-free day, so I don't think it's a problem.
