This is as good as place as any to keep a log of my training. Last night was legs night.

Squats (neoprene knee sleeves, no belt)

200 x 1 (felt nasty)
200 x 1 (better, but still below recent standards)

Leg Press

Calf Raises
Stack +20kg x 20
Stack +20kg x 18
Stack +20kg x 15

Leg Extensions
Stack x 12
Stack x 10, 65 x 12 (dropset, last 2 paused)

Seated Calf Raises

hi mate !!

thats one heck of a 'leg day' !!

i tend to just do squats , calf raises seem pointless to me as they see to do what they want anyway !!

thanks pal. Calf raises are useful for stone-loading. I'm absolutely convinced of that.

seems a lot of work on chest for one session mate, i do 2 lots of heavy press, like incline n flat. dips and then some cable or flye work and finish with skull crushers and thats chest n tri's covered n i come from bodybuilding background

I'm okay with it normally. Just every summer is gettng harder the older I get. Overtraining and injuries are becoming more commonplace. I hear what you're saying. There's no point me going through all that s**t if it just makes me hate it. I will probably cut it all back soon. Maybe even think about a bit of cardio!However it's easier said than done!Eek

i hear u on the last bit. i often have to force myself out the gym otherwise id do every exercise in there for a cetain body part.

Arrived at gym planning to start with shrugs as per usual (barbell this week), followed by strict press. 2 roided up bouncers squatting 60kg with 8" ROM were taking up the squat rack and I had to change my plans. I went straight into shoulder press on the smith machine with no 'shrug' warm up. This didn't bode well.
