Last night was legs night.Situps 2 x 30 Squats (neoprene knee sleeves, no belt) 100 x 12 140 x 8 160 x 6 180 x 4 200 x 1 (felt nasty) 200 x 1 (better, but still below recent standards) Leg Press 160 x 12 200 x 12 Calf Raises Stack +20kg x 20 Stack +20kg x 18 Stack +20kg x 15 Stack +20kg x 12 Leg Extensions Stack x 12 Stack x 10, 65 x 12 (dropset, last 2 paused) Seated Calf Raises 70 x 30 70 x 20 70 x 20 Ham Curls Stack-1 x 6 Stack-3 x 8 Stack-5 x 8 Stack-6 x 6, Full Stack-8 x 6 (dropset) | ||

Summing up: f**king s**t workout. Felt like s**t. Hating this weather. | ||

Just every summer is gettng harder the older I get. Overtraining and injuries are becoming more commonplace. I hear what you're saying. There's no point me going through all that s**t if it just makes me hate it. I will probably cut it all back soon. I went straight into shoulder press on the smith machine with no 'shrug' warm up. This didn't bode well.Situps 2 x 30 Smith Machine Seated Military Press 100 x 6 100 x 5 100 x 4 80 x 8 GAY - NOT BEEN THAT WEAK ON THESE FOR A WHILE. USED TO GET 6 WITH 110 & 190 WITH 100. WTF???
