Big fan of TWI Member 761, 425 posts SQ 220, BP 165, DL 260645.0 kgs @ 99kgs UnEq | This guy was the subject of a full documentary on the telly a good few years ago.He is a circus act and while he's clearly very strong his act involves deception and exaggeration.If he could pull those weights officially then surely he'd be doing that.That's why we have contests to avoid giving credibility to false claims.Strong yes,entertaining yes,but fake all the way. Did anybody on here see a documentary with an English guy claiming to be Britain's strongest man a few years back?He was calling himself Richard the lionheart.The documentary had 3 guys spotting him while he did a partial squat with 220kg,drinking a pint of blended liver and seemingly stopping two jet fighters from taking off while he held onto them wearing an asbestos suit,God knows who he knew to get that type of publicity. | ||

anti-social, except when needs help to put suit on Member 607, 2803 posts | if you watch carefully i think the guy has his fingers in the middle of the plate you cant see them but he pulls it up with some speed and throws his hand under the plate pretty quick... you wouldn't throw ur hand that fast if it was light? | ||
