unexpected change of plan means i cant train events on sunday, so i will be competing instead in the uks/englands southern qualifier at strength-tec. very heavy comp but my aim is to complete every event and the goal is to not finish last!! Im hoping there will be p.bs on the dayGrin wish me luck,im gona f**king need it

What are the events mate?

1: Log Clean and Press.
Last Man Standing. 120Kg Starting weight.

2: Deadlift.
Last Man Standing. Normal Olympic Bar. 240 Kg starting weight.
Single ply suits are allowed and wrist lifting straps.

3: Medley.
Duck Walk 500lbs for 15 Metres.
Wheelbarrow 1000lbs for 15 Metres.
75 seconds Time Limit.

4: Crucifix Hold.
17Kg Axes.

5: Super Yoke.
380 Kg. 15 Metres, drop turn, 15 Metres. 60 Seconds Time Limit.

6: Leg Squat Frame.
280Kg for Reps. 60 Seconds Time Limit.
Single ply suits are allowed and knee wraps.

last man standing log press, starting at 120kg

last man standing deadlift starting at 240kg

squat frame 280kg for reps.

380kg super yoke 15 meters drop then back 15 meters

140kg farmers 20 meters then 200kg duck walk back.

and stones i think.

it will all be p.bs for me. im looking forward to it as there is no preasure on me to win. i just dont want to finish last lol

LOL mate my PB is about 220 from that height, so may as well make it 400kg for reps as far as I'm concerned...makes no difference to me anyway...

do it carl!! im just doing it for some experiance and p.bs. it feels like im doing a novice comp again lol most of this stuff is to heavy for me. i have trained all week aswell and i am sore as f**k but f**k it!! it will be a good day that im going to enjoy

do it toby!! its to heavy for me! its a new challenge to see how much i can do when i have to.. if i come last then so be it! at least i gave it a go! Wink jay hughs is out with a tricep tear so thats one less guy that will kick my arse lol

Haha 'do it Toby'...... so you dont come last?!?! Didnt qualify for the 105s so have no chance of beating anybody in that comp!!

Would be fun to compete tho..... wil then have a southern qualifier t-shirt for 90s 105s and heavyweights lol
