Chuffed to f**k with this. A grinder at lockout but I got it. I brought my digi camera and got the vid. Now if only I could find my USB cable I could upload the damn thing! B) Pull-throughs 3x12 C) Seated DB powercleans 5x10 @15kDB's comments: Edging closer and closer to that 220k pull. | ||

Yeah it's weird, I find with platform pulls I can get into quite a good starting position and use more leg drive. Reckon I'm good for 210k now. Will do 200k for 2x2 next week. Then attempt 210k the week after | ||

B)Pull-ups 3x6 @BW + 10k End. Joni: I suspect I do have a set-up issue. I have a video of my first 200k set (albeit my camera skills leave something to be desired). If I get time I'll upload it tomorrow. I would appreciate any feedback. All being said I reckon I'm good for 210k, which I will attempt either next week or in a fortnight. | ||
