Ok i have read quite a few places that say they are the same, but i am unsure if this is true, they are both made from corn and both look the same when you look at the breakdown of whats in them, but from what i am aware WMS has Amylopectin (95-99%) and a low percentage of Amylose (1-5%) where as the Corn Flower is amylopectin 80% and around amylose 20% wondering if this will really have any real effect worth the price, also was reading that if adding WMS or Cornflower to anything else for example protein it will slow it down anyway?

on a molecular/digestive level I'm fairly sure they're different.
however I'm also fairly sure that your choice of post workout carbohydrates is not of such paramount that it justifies wondering whether they're different or not.
I'd go with something tasty after the workout, you will get 99.9% the same results as if you'd gone with WMS.

I don't know about all the ratios of stuff, but WMS works really well and caused me zero stomach bloat or discomfort. If I can ever afford it again I will get some.

At the time I was training events on a Monday evening and the sessions were about 2.5 hours, I found that if was drinking the WMS through training (it was mixed with hydrolized whey - expensive cocktail) I could finish a session much stronger, probably as strong as I started it.
