Just seen your front squats mate. Couple of things:

You look to be carrying it a little low, try to get it right up onto your clavicles.

As you went heavier you were starting to cut the movement short. I'd suggest dropping the weight a bit and make sure that you go right to the bottom each time and get a bounce out of the bottom position, this is what you need to carry over to your cleans.

all working on technique.
(im getting pissed off with the snatch at the moment things just arnt happening)

How did those fronties go? Are you down on monday at 7am? It would do you good to come down as much as you possibly can with the juniors on the horizon. You are definately getting a bit more Chinese with the am and pm sessions mate!!!
