Try not to pause at the bottom, focus on standing up immediately, the pull looks high enough. Keep your elbows up so you dont let the bar go. Bring front foot back part way and then rear foot forward. Rear knee should be bent. That's all i can think of, plenty of room for more weight! | ||

Try to bounce out of the clean first time and avoid sitting back at the bottom and settling there. Bouncing out of the clean first time will give you more energy coming out of the clean and out you in a better/stronger position for the jerk. Jerk recovery needs to be front foot back, then back foot forward so they meet half way. Strongest and steadiest way to recover, plus being able to recover like this shows you got the line right on the jerk in the first place. Keep at it mate, looking good!! Good luck with qualifying for the British!! | ||
