Perhaps Jonny can remember? Very impressive lifter - a lot younger than I thought he was as well (I thought he was a masters for some reason). Jo - there were a handful of people who lifted unequipped, then a few who just used knee wraps but no squat suit etc. On the whole most people were suited though. | ||

Mick Ashurt benches, Wayne Catterall benches, Byrn Evans 212.5 bench (failed pause), Ian Shaw 300DL @ 84kg (not passed) and Mick Ashurt squats. Won't be able to upload them until we get a new router in here.. the old one has died a terrible, sudden death which means my computer is no longer online. | ||
