Excellent lifting... nice one.

At 74kg they are great squats !

What's the crack with the 'walkouts' ? Something I've never tried, do you find you get much benefit from them ?

cheers wes and the walkouts are too help my body get used to holding heavier weights on my back so when i come to squatting them for either a pb or at a comp they will feel lightish cause im used to that weight and more being on my shoulders and the lighter it feels on my shoulders the more confident ill be about the lift.
