haha v true mate..still a bb'er at heart lol

18" deads are hit and miss .. sometimes they fly up other times they feel like a ton .. good exercise though.

160/1 equalled my previous PB so happy Happy)))
140/3 f**ked up the 1st rep by descending too fast and struggled to recover

Back Squat

180/2
140/10 20 secs rest then 100/10 20secs rest 60/10 then lie down for a bit

Karlsen squats
160/15, 10, 8

Standing leg curl
35/15,12, 8

glute ham 75/ 12, 12

all done and dusted in 60 minutes

the drops are more for conditioning really and to get me blowing a bit (a lot!!!)

Re - squat drop sets I take about 20 secs rest, basically the time it takes me to strip a plate off each side then back under the bar again. On my heavy sets I usually only take about 3 mins cos I train alone so get bored sitting round between sets (the wife would be on the phone if I was taking hours to train lol..

80/16 dropset to 60/12

Viking press

rear delt machine 50/12 70/12, 10 30/8

upright row 30/10,10

finished with plate front raise straight into rear laterals straight into db press

Friday
Deadlift

250/1 felt heavy and really felt it in my hamstrings
200/8 gash wanted 10 at least here Unhappy

60/3x6 left bicep tendon really playing up here

rest of the workout was machine rows, straight arm pulldownd and face pulls

Felt very flat today and f**ked off that my bicep has really flared up.

yes left bicep tendon is really sore can't contract my left bicep fully, still feels soft even when I'm contracting it.
