London’s Strongest Man 2009 (Open & Novice) Date: Sunday 13th September 2009 Time: 11pm (competitors to sign in by 10am) Venue: Krunch Gym Ground Floor, 121 Brooker Road, Waltham Abbey, EN9 1JH http://www.krunchgym.co.uk/ Surface: Hard Tel: 07889 854 455 Novice 1) 90kg Log for reps (Clean & Press 75secs) 2) 90kg Farmers Walk for 50 meters (75sec limit) 3) 220KG Deadlift for Reps, Partial approx 15" height (No suits 75secs) 4) 320kg Tyre (Most flips, Time limit: 75secs) 5) 110kg X 3, 120kg X 1 130 X 1 Atlas stone (On to flat bed approx 4 ½ ft, Time limit: 75secs) Open 1) 120kg Log for reps (Clean & Press 75secs) 2) 130kg Farmers Walk for 50 meters (75sec limit) 3) 280KG Deadlift for Reps, Partial approx 15" height (No suits 75secs) 4) 400kg Tyre (Most flips, Time limit: 75secs) 5) 110kg - 160kg Atlas stone (On to flat bed approx 4 ½ ft, Time limit: 75secs) Events/Weights subject to change. Member 766, 113 posts | Yeah pretty much. Essex is the week before and is a heavy open (130kg log, 290kg dead reps from floor etc). This is a lighter open, so should provide good competition for the lads who can't make the essex or are still working their way through the open ranks. | ||
