If you are doing the 5/3/1 format, try and see how you do with your top 5/3/1 top set after working up to a top single (that is still smooth and not a grinder). Maybe you find that 5/3/1 topset going a bit better then. I've only done this for the Bench and OH so far and will try it with my squats tomorrow. DL's seem to do ok as it is so I won't try the top single there. | ||
