weight was pretty easy, but if I am going to

A little bit of weight gain and squats definitely felt easier. the chippy lady will be happy too - my total goes up so do her profits Grin

reasonably hard today but good sign as my shoulder held up. Also my bw is still nearly 10kg under where I’d like to be sitting as a 100kg lifter and bench really responds to weight gain beyond the other two lifts, so not too bad to be around 155-160 max in such an emaciated state

whip trouble with top two singles, was going to do 5 plates a side
but decided against this after nearly falling into the rack on the
last single.
