elbow aching, think yesterday’s rear delt flyers aggravated it. again a bit of isolation that can be dropped for more sets on a proper rowing movement.

everything easy today, despite the heat being oppressive. there is aircon but 7-11 Thailand it ain’t (if you’ve experienced that coming out of the sweltering heat you’ll know what I mean lol) and once there’s a few in might as well not even bother.

Thanks, pleasing to be able to lift heavy again.. yeah it’s a warning .. Thai massage is unregulated here and anyone can setup shop. my wife who is Thai, is legit trained therapist at Wat Pho massage school in Bangkok, where it’s months of training (properly regulated there). My ex gf otoh is a quack. Missus had a look at her ‘certificates’ on her web page and said they’re garbage.. something you pay £200 for a day course. But they’re in Thai and look ‘official’ to any farang going in there. (if anyone knows Morley it’s one on the corner of queen street near Lime Street Bistro and the owner is such a truly repulsive money grubbing woman. There was a long post on a Morley FB group a while back slagging her off with one customer ending up in A&E after one of her ‘massages’ looking like a herd of elephants had trampled all over her back LOAL)

shoulder aching for some strange reason
felt a lot of fatigue today and glad this volume phase is over. Next session will be quite a low volume as bit of a deload

Larsens went up easy despite being forced to use a crappy thin and rickety bench. On my preferred wider flat one I’m 5% stronger straight away as I feel much more secure on it.

getting heavier and can feel it, I'm up 10kg since returning from Thailand at the start of this year. can do a 4kg cut from cutting carbs, water loading and stopping solid food for a day alone, which is ~105kg on these scales with light clothing. anymore gets into debilitating sauna/hot bath territory

weights feel easy though with extra weight.

you can't beat powerlifting.. the more lethargic, bloated, sleep apnoea deprived, hypertensive and out of shape you are, the better you get at it.
