![]() old age traveller Member 332, 7923 posts | I would say it is very doable, keep the weight light. sets of 10 @100kg every minute for 16 hours 40 minutes. Just for the irony I would do rack lockouts. I once did 630 reps with 70kg benchpress in an hour, 10 reps every minute with some extras no advance training just for the crack. I am sure you can do it Paul just don't go 2 heavy. Good luck | ||

Lifting hooks would make life easier. If you use hummer tire type setup you’d enjoy bounce during sets and maybe be able to shorten the ROM. | ||
