Very happy to hit these yesterday having really struggled to make any progress over the last 3 years since i had sciatica and a whole host of other niggles and injuries. Hopefully i can keep things moving forward and improve on these later this year, would love to hit a 200kg bench. Just missed a 302kg dead after too.

Thats a very odd squat to bench ratio, any reason for it?

Bench and deadlifts have always felt natural and so progression has been easier. Squats have just never felt right and its the lift that has always caused any injuries ive had. I struggle with the descent and balance as the weights get heavier.

My PBs where 210+180 at the beginning of the year so ive slightly increased the gap between them, they are finally beginning to feel a bit better so hopefully the gap will increase.

I know this feeling all too well.

Nice lifting anyway!

Cheers Jack.

Ive always wondered if squatting lowbar would help at all but i would need to put a lot of time into improving my upper body mobility as i cannot hold the bar like that.
