Still mostly bodybuilding Member 501, 10465 posts SQ 220, BP 150, DL 250 620.0 kgs @ 94kgs UnEq	So really i would be better with the vulcan ones as i will know that any lifts are from my own effort rather than the addition of sleeves.

Think ill be ordering some Vulkan elbow sleeves in the next few weeks once ive got some more cash. Cheers for all your advice BigKen.

I use the Rehband ones, but I reckon other are probably just as good. I'll be placing an order from Jackal's in the next few months so if you're wanting anything let me know and we can divide up the shipping and customs (if we get hit). I'll give you a PM before I order to remind you bud.
