Deadlifts at home

Work Christmas party last night.... so slightly dehydrated this morning!!! But I'm working at head office next week so need to get in as much training as time allows beforehand.

45 minutes to deadlift this morning.

Deadlifts

Warm ups - 100x5. 120x5. 140x3.

Working sets 160x3. 180x3. 205x3.

Last set first - 5x5 @160

Gradually increasing the volume...

Joker set -125x5.

Last set first - 5x5 @ 90kg s/s with v handle lay pulls 5x10 @60kg

Reverse bench pull downs
5x10 @ 40kg

Squats

Main sets - 125x5. 145x5. 165x7

Joker - 175x5.

Deadlifts

Warm ups - 95x5. 115x5. 135x5

Main lifts - 145x5. 170x5. 190x5.

Band assisted pull-ups green band 5 sets of 5 ....

Everything felt super heavy today!!! But happy everything came up!!

Main sets - 105x5. 120x3. 135x3 (PB 3 reps at body weight lol)

Joker set - 140x1

Tricep cable press downs 3x10 @ 20kg

Hammer cable curls 3x10 @ 20

Even I can do 5 and I'm s**te!!!

I bet Average Mark can even do about 8.

I'm working till 21:30 on Wednesday.... so average mark and his young lady, will have to by their own meal tickets this year!
