great to see you getting under some decent weight Milsy. Any comps in mind?

The back is still poor. MRI was all clear so its something to do with the way I am moving. Got british bench in a couple of weeks and am going back to hammer throw this summer. Got to decide whether to see a movement expert and try for a full power comp at the end of the year or just be happy with what I have.
