Friday weigh in @ Spartan Performance between these hours ONLY: 9am-5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. Saturday weigh in @ Spartan Performance 8:30am-9am ONLY. Weigh in limit will be 105.00. Again no exceptions. Doors open 8:30am. First event 10am. Entry Fee: £25. Includes t-shirts, trophies and prizes for the top 3. Spectators welcome. £2.50 payable on the door. Events: 1) Deadlift: 250kg (max reps in 75s) Belt and straps allowed. No suits. 2) Axle Clean + Press: 110kg (max reps in 75s). Belt, elbow sleeves and wrist wraps allowed. 3) Max Squat: 240kg opening weight. 3 lifts allowed. . Belt and knee sleeves only. No suits, wraps or triple ply. 4) Farmers Frame Walk: 260kg x 40m (Drop and turn at 20m) 5) Medley: 3 x 500kg Tire into 20m VERY HEAVY prowler push. Athletic footwear ONLY on turf.
