Best sets were with no wraps concentrating on getting tight. Log clean and push 85kg 5x3 Tired, had issues with lockout on one or two reps so did extra to get 15 good ones. Dumbbell seated press 30kg 5x3 Felt easy. Add weight next workout. Raises 8x3 | ||

Farmers with odd kettlebells until forearms gave up. Press with barbell 8x3s Dips 7.7.7.6.7 haven't done dips in an age. Got great triceps workout. Might add to press training as finish. | ||
