Невыносимо Высокомерный (RIP) Member 11, 965 posts SQ 190, BP 140, DL 255585.0 kgs @ 95kgs UnEq | Much better than the last one, but one thing I would say - at the lockout you're pulling your shoulders back (good) but not fully pushing your hips through (bad), the result being that you don't actually lock out your knees on any of the reps. I think this is partly because you're eager to get on to the next rep, but still it's not a habit you want to get into. At the end of each rep, push the hips through and the shoulders back and stand up straight with the bar for a second before putting it back down again.

Is partial to the odd bender. Member 6, 10239 posts SQ 280, BP 192.5, DL 317.5790.0 kgs @ 102kgs Eq | I always leave a definate pause between reps. Pull then set it fown reset yourself and pull again. Treat each rep like its a single. I think it improved my strength and form no end when I started doing it.
