Much better than the last one, but one thing I would say - at the lockout you're pulling your shoulders back (good) but not fully pushing your hips through (bad), the result being that you don't actually lock out your knees on any of the reps. I think this is partly because you're eager to get on to the next rep, but still it's not a habit you want to get into. At the end of each rep, push the hips through and the shoulders back and stand up straight with the bar for a second before putting it back down again.

I always leave a definate pause between reps. Pull then set it fown reset yourself and pull again. Treat each rep like its a single. I think it improved my strength and form no end when I started doing it.

yea, i see what you mean tokar

i somtimes do it with a dead stop, infact i normally do, but i felt 180kg for 5 was well within me so i just wanted to hammer through it

another vid of 185 for 5 will appear wednesday Grin
