What size were the girls? If any decent size you may need to add extra bulk to help with your 'chasing'.

Glad to hear studies are going better. When do you get your results?

I say book flights anyway - you can either be celebrating or drowning your sorrows in Florida sun as is necessary. Sure you'll be fine anyway.

Plump and feminine of course. I need more strength training in order to tackle them down Happy

Rope Facepulls:

I have not deadlifted in a while nor trained in a week and this was evident in training today. Will be better next time.

63.75kg x2. - Belt Personal best (wanted 65kg, misload).
65kg x1. - Belt Personal best
55kg x5. - Belt

Trained with a belt today as lower back DOM's from yesterday's training. Not sure if the belt really helps, it feels like it removes my flexibility in cleaning the weight up however it does stabilise my lower back during the lockout.

I wanted 65kg x2 but I misloaded the bar like a fool and then the margins for my next lift were too close. Next time.

Trap bar Shrugs:

At the risk of coming across as a wimp the trap bar has extremely course/rough gnarling which tor in to my hands. I limited the weight I did here. Perhaps my hands were still tender from deadlifting. I will use the trap bar more often to toughen up my hands.
