Here are my best lifts so far at current bodyweight... I have a lot of "reserves" on all 3 lifts and should be able to exceed these lifts with a proper taper/peak.

Medium term goal ( < 1 year) is to break our (Hong Kong) national deadlift record of 267.5 at 83kg weight class (the standards here aren't that high, and 267.5kg is also the heaviest deadlift ever in Hong Kong).

Long term goal is to be the best powerlifter ever in Hong Kong (highest total here is *only* 710 kg *equipped*).

Deadlift

Worked up to 240kg PB

I have deadlifted 240kg before, but that was at 100kg bodyweight and with a suit.

Lockout is *slightly* better today but still a lil dodgy. Will end the current PB hunting phase and start another 6 week buildup next Monday.

Will do broski - bought a home pullup bar recently so lots of pullups + band pullaparts at home...

I've been using mainly chest supported rows, machine seated rows and cable seated rows. sets of 10 mostly but also some really heavy sets of 5 or less

seems to have helped a lot

Worked up to 175kg PB but depth was borderline
Failed 182kg

Strict Press

Worked up to 68kg PB

Thanks man! Pretty happy with these lifts as I did not peak for them. My working sets in the session before maxing out was 125kg*5 Beltless Squat and 165kg*5 SLDL.

I'm going to take my time and work up to 140kg*5 Beltless squat and 180*5 SLDL and see where that takes me...

Worked up to 3*5 @ 80kg

Pullups

3*5@BW

Will have another session later in the day to work on conditioning and weak points.

Doing a caffeine detox and have zero energy/motivation... still did a little bit extra work...

Conditioning

Walking- around 1 hr with a heavy backpack

Pullup

4*5 @ BW
