I'm like Andy I used to look forward to going to sleep I'd be awake at 6:10am as if I'd just slept for a month straight with no alarm needed! If you've never tried them give them a go if they don't work get something a bit "harder". The dreams didn't affect me much, at first I had some but not after about a week of use. | ||
