I had ZMA fairly recently and now I've run out I'm gutted and a bit lost at bed time... I'm like Andy I used to look forward to going to sleep I'd be awake at 6:10am as if I'd just slept for a month straight with no alarm needed! If you've never tried them give them a go if they don't work get something a bit "harder". The dreams didn't affect me much, at first I had some but not after about a week of use.

I once took some of my sons epilepsy recovery medicine and slept for a solid (AWSOME) 15 hours.

Interesting concept. Can you be physically addicted to an element necessary for sustaining life?

Did you dream of fair maidens and dragons JDubya?

AndyCoupe said:I tried ZMA a few months ago. It definitely gave me some crazy dreams and actually made me look forward to going to sleep as I was curious as to what dream I would have. I was in a deeper sleep for sure! In fact I'm gonna get some again!

The craziest dream (and quite worrying) was when there was a smack head chasing me and I was hiding from him in an old mill. When he eventually found me after I'd been talking to all the ghosts he tried stabbing me with a syringe but I did some martial arts reversal move and stabbed him in the eye with it Cool

Andy, get some.

LOL

ZMA like Ibuprofen is the start of a one way street leading to crack cocaine or heroin.

That's what I'm scared of Aaron. One day you're having a laugh with your mates, the next your selling your arse for a £20 wrap. I don't want to get chucked out of the congregation again.

Zopiclone isnt too bad for that sort of thing.

I have been taking ZMA for about 3 weeks now, not had the dreams others have reffered to. I have found that no matter how little I sleep I feel very well rested even if I only get 3-4 hours.

I hear some people are addicted to ZMA. Other sleep aids I've tried that worked for me are ALPHA BRAIN and HP5
