Great effort! thanks it is nice to hit 500! although that being said the squat was horrible but nothing i cant work on. 19/12/13 bench 90kgx5 92.5x5, 90x5,5,6,5, 60kgx10 paused db shoulder press 20kgx10,22kgx10,20x10, 16kg 2x10 pull ups 5x6 arms bench was meh, its not been feeling great recently so did lots of sets on 90 | ||
