A heavy weekend of food put me back up to 105kg bodyweight. Aiming for normal weight upon waking to be under 100kg by end of November. | ||

Member 132, 1406 posts SQ 331, BP 200, DL 320851.0 kgs @ 98kgs UnEq | Lower Warm up then: Squat 40kg x 5 60kg x 5 100kg x 3 140kg x 3 180kg x 1 220kg x 1 (+ belt & wraps) 250kg x 3 (+ belt & wraps) Rehab routine: Plank x 3 Side Planks x 3 each side Crunches 3 x 15 Oblique Crunches 3 x 10 each side Glute Clams 3 x holds each side + some stretches Well the back and side held out ok. The 250 x 3 felt fairly hard, probably as hard as 265 x 3 did two weeks ago so may need to lower my expectations for next weekend. | ||

Well things are getting better. My pec is almost healed, my shoulder flexibility is better, my hips are almost working properly again....
