Tricep Pushdowns
3 x 12

Pull Ups
BW x 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Bicep Curls
3 x 10

Bench is coming back slowly, feeling a little more confident now although it still feels pretty heavy!

Feeling tired today getting through it all... A heavy weekend of food put me back up to 105kg bodyweight. Aiming for normal weight upon waking to be under 100kg by end of November.

Ha not that lean but getting leaner. Lost a little muscle too from the lack of upper body training this year. But hey, looking a lot better and feeling it too Happy

Warm up then:

220kg x 1 (+ belt & wraps)
250kg x 3 (+ belt & wraps)

Rehab routine:
Plank x 3
Side Planks x 3 each side
Crunches 3 x 15
Oblique Crunches 3 x 10 each side
Glute Clams 3 x holds each side

+ some stretches

Well the back and side held out ok. The 250 x 3 felt fairly hard, probably as hard as 265 x 3 did two weeks ago so may need to lower my expectations for next weekend.

Well things are getting better. My pec is almost healed, my shoulder flexibility is better, my hips are almost working properly again....

Hope to get a clear run at the first half of next year and do put something big together Happy

I just need to get stronger lol, down to 109kg now.

Next year probably both. Would like to go four figures ib equipment again, this time under 100kg bw. But is also like to put an 800+ raw total too

Remove half your meniscus from your knee and see how you like "raw" squats Wink

Not sure. Depends if I compete in Arnold Classic or not! If I am doing then very soon, every week until March...
