Er, I hope so. Since my back troubles I'm getting better and better. I'm not sure if I'm back at the level I was last year in the squat and deadlift but my bench hopefully has improved. As I'm on an all inclusive holiday a couple of weeks out from the British I may well compete at 110kg again Happy Best overall is a big task lol so I doubt it but I'll be giving it all I've got on the day that's for sure.

Good day today, I didn't go into it with full steam mentally but was pleased with the result. The shirt is close to touching now and that was the goal of today. Three heavy weeks ahead and then it's show time!

Yeah I think so - I've done 135kg with the blue bands but not sure I've ever done the pinks before. I had more than the 145 but it was heavy enough and saved a little for the shirted work.

Mark is a strong boy that's for sure. He's a bench machine so really should overtake me raw sometime in the not-so-distant future!

Wow got a sweat on today. Got a rest from the speed/rep work this week so did a bit of lat volume and then really worked on opening up the hips before some cardio work. Was good and got a good sweat on Happy

External Rotations
2.5kg x 3 x 20 each arm

+ 10 mins mobility work for shoulders


Good short session and felt the burn today Happy I really don't know how people do drop sets etc the pump kills me!
