That's all for today. Still working on the shoulder. All squats felt heavy today so going to eat a little more this weekend and get some recovery done!

Press Ups
2 x 20

+ a load of mobility

Nice to be able to bench again. Felt pretty easy but as it should. If I can get a semi decent raw bench (150+) in by comp time it would be good.

Losing 40/50kg off my total with my bench down wont help me go over 800kg total though Happy

Warm up then:

Squat (walked out)
Bar x 5
60kg x 5
100kg x 5
140kg x 2
180kg x 1
220kg x 1 (belt + wraps)
265kg x 3

Done Happy

Todays triple felt hard and will be the last heavy set of three now. Up in weight and onto doubles on Weds for the next couple of weeks so should be fun.

Lol yeah a long time ago though.

Nope actually I did 272.5 for 2 couple of weeks ago.

Tonight felt tough especially third rep. Still not used to how hard squats are and how to put effort into them.

Hope to double 275-285 over next couple weeks and hit a single on 290+ before comp.
