Still working on the shoulder. All squats felt heavy today so going to eat a little more this weekend and get some recovery done! | ||

Felt pretty easy but as it should. If I can get a semi decent raw bench (150+) in by comp time it would be good. Losing 40/50kg off my total with my bench down wont help me go over 800kg total though | ||

Up in weight and onto doubles on Weds for the next couple of weeks so should be fun. | ||

Lol yeah a long time ago though. Nope actually I did 272.5 for 2 couple of weeks ago. Tonight felt tough especially third rep. Still not used to how hard squats are and how to put effort into them. Hope to double 275-285 over next couple weeks and hit a single on 290+ before comp. | ||
