40kg x 5 from the floor
60kg x 5 from shoulders

3 singles at 70kg working on hip drive

1 x 80kg from floor PB

front lat raises

3x10 @ 10kg

lat raise

3x10 @ 10kg

good mornings

3x12 @ 40kg

bb bent over row

3x12 @ 50kg

pendlay row

5x5 @ 80kg

enjoyable session prob need to work the deadlifts harder next session.

the guns are lagging more starters pistols than AK47s,
time to get them growing.

DB bicep curl 3 sets of 15kg x 10
DB hammer curl 3 sets of 20kg x 10

BB tricep lying pullover 3 sets of 25kg x 10
v grip tricep pressdown 3 sets of 50kgx 10

rope tricep extension drop sets.

set 1 70kg x 6 65kg x 4.
set 2 65kg x 6 60kg x 4
set 3 60kg x 4 55kg x 3

nice quick arm session while waiting for my son to finish work.

DB single arm row 3x10 @ 30kg strict

Assisted pullups with 4 second negative phase
5x5 68kg of assistance. Going to take off 5kg of assistance a week.

Low cable row 3x10k 65kg really working on getting a good contraction.

My lats are a real weekness and as the major support muscles to my bench press deserve some serious attention.

Finished with some bicep work

DB bicep curls 17.5kg 3x10
DB hammer curl 20kg 3x10

Nice to get some volume back into my training.

Safety bar squat 100kg 5x5 no beltprowlwr
beer keg circuits clean and press 4 sets of 10. 20. 30. 40. 50kg
Prowler overhead pulls. Split my head open so gave up.
strict shoulder press 5x5 @ 50kg

Left and went to finish my session at fitness for less

Leg press 4x10 @200kg
calf raise 4 x15 @100kg

Finished with 30mins on cross trainer

Inverted row....

5 sets of 12 reps

Pendley row

5x5 @ 80kg

Shoulders and back seem to be getting stronger with a regular training regime.

A 6pm finish put an end to my chances of training at the farm today.

decided to train at home after a physically and mentally testing day at work. (the only one so far).

Deadlifts

5x60kg... 3x100kg... 3x140kg...3x170...3x190kg...1x190kg...1x190kg...3x190...1x190kg...3x180kg..

really wanted 3x3 @ 190kg but it just wasnt there tonight.

shoulder press

5x40kg... 5x5 @ 55kg

hyper back extensions

3 sets of 10
