JC and Ox, POSSIBLY, although the thought of competing is causing more issues than anything at the moment.Just keep getting back to strength and consider a competition.
Can't be arsed with powerlifting any more, so contemplating a novice compnto keep my hand in. Ox, no danger of that, have you seen my numbers?!

As it happens today I got called both big and lean by seperate people.Just under 15% bodyfat at 108.7kg at the moment. So have clawed back a little muscle, and actually my records show that a couple of years ago at 120kg I was carrying 91kg of fat free mass, 25.3%BF. Today that fat free mass is 92kg at 108.7kg, 15%BF. That's progress by any measure. 10% lower body fat with slightly more muscle mass.

Some tightness and soreness in my shoulder has built overnight, to the stage where it's now pretty damn painful and restricted.
Going to be a nervous couple of days I think.

I had my supraspinatus reattached a while ago. Every time I got DOMS or any other problem with that shoulder, I worried that it was tearing again but it was fine. Chances are that it's nothing mate, just your body objecting to the increased weights and volume.
