deadlift session today, after Ox's advice am trying a narrow stance and grip.

Cheers mate, new stance felt a bit more solid, felt slightly different but think it should be good and put less sideways stress through the knees.

Healing up great thanks mate. I stopped before it could develop into something nasty and really glad I did. Monday will be my first real training session so it's cost me one comp and a weeks training. That's not exactly a huge price to pay.

Squat day. Couldn't be arsed today, legs feeling tight and weak, but went OK once warmed up and under the bar. Nothing too heroic today, just putting the graft in.
