Well done on the PB's and I'm pretty sure the 240 will go soon, 235 didn't seem like it gave you much trouble.

Also - just noticed that haha, definitely gun polishing night at the health club!!
Also one guy genuinely was doing bb curls in the squat rack and told the gym owner (who's sound) that he was using it, so he moved the bar and took the rack. haha

Loads of people seem to think its OK to setup to train right next to you or infront of you. Being pissed off helps my lift though

got a bit carried away on the internet as wanted to try a few new things, so next week I should be receiving:
17kg of meat from musclefood
6kg of whey from TPW (2kg chocolate and morello cherry, 2kg apple and cinnoman swirl, 2kg lemon shortcake, and a sample of chocoloate mint brownie)
Titan titanium wrist wraps and titan titanium knee wraps. (my strengthshop wrist wraps are splitting, and only got very light knee wraps so had to order these really....)
My bank card feel slightly abused, but should be stocked up for a while
Spot of pressing tonight, can't wait!!

Not as deep as I'd like but first time above 210kg and think I lacked confidence at bottom. Doesn't help that the camera is on an angle (the cage safety bars are actually level) and you can see the angle on the back upright. so by that I think it just touched parallel. good enough to claim as a PB?? over to you....

Spent the last 3 days painting the peddle-dashed outside of our house. Thanks fcuk its nearly finished! Delts kept aching so much I had to keep changing hands lol.
