I have to come back tonight and do my back workout as I'm away tomorrow and will be unable to train. Hopefully things won't feel quite as heavy - I plan to gorge on a load of food throught the remainder of the day | ||

I was going for 6 but the hook grip just got too painful in my right hand to continue. 230kg x 2 - hook grip on right hand again. Straps on. 230kg x 3 pb Weighted chins +20kg x 6 +20kg x 5 +20kg x 5 +20kg x 2 for 18 reps total. Seated cable rows stack + 10lb x 6 stack + 10lb x 6 stack + 10lb x 6 | ||

At one point 100kg seems like a fantastical number that would always be out of reach. I can still remember failing 60kg and that was a push press. | ||
