My better half has recently joined my gym after giving birth to our son 10 weeks ago, originally it was to lose weight but she wanted to try her hand at lifting some weights and discovered that she's a bit of a natural her lifts are:

Deadlift:95kg - attempted 100kg but couldn't pass the knees

Squat: 70kg - Belt Only

Bench Press: 45kg

Push Press: 35kg

She achieved these numbers with no prior training this was her first time in a gym.

She now has the itch for lifting and wants to try her hand at strongwoman at the moment though she can only get down to the gym twice a week so we need some ideas about a training plan to fit it in to 2 days she wont be doing event training just yet just mainly working on gym lifts and technique for now.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sign her up for a powerlifting comp, sounds like she is good to go. She's a natural born killa!!

How about starting strength? Nice and simple.
